Using the directory.
Browsing, listing, claiming, and contacting are free. Installer Locator connects visitors with independent businesses. We do not take bookings or payments for their services; project agreements are between you and the business. See our disclaimer and privacy information.
Accounts and contributions.
Keep your sign-in links private. Only claim a business you are authorized to represent. Email verification does not grant ownership; editing access requires a separate relationship review. Submit accurate information and only images you own or have permission to use. Do not impersonate others, publish private addresses, send spam, or interfere with the service.
Your content and our review.
You retain ownership of your content and give Installer Locator permission to store, format, and display it for the directory. New listings and sensitive changes require review. We may correct, hide, or remove content and restrict access to protect the map.
Corrections and removal.
Report concerns from the relevant profile. Claimed owners can withdraw their listing from public view in the dashboard. A private removal record is retained to prevent accidental relisting; public withdrawal is separate from account or data deletion. The directory may change or be temporarily unavailable. These terms do not limit rights that applicable law protects.
