A few useful answers.

Where do listings come from?

We research facts on businesses’ own websites and review owner and community submissions. Website-researched profiles identify the source and research date when available. Sourced images link back to the business website.

What do the listing labels mean?

“Unclaimed” means no owner has been approved to manage the profile. “Business managed” means editing access has been granted after review. Details are owner-confirmed only when the profile explicitly says so. A researched or managed listing is not a certification, recommendation, or guarantee.

Is it free to find or list a business?

Yes. Finding installers, adding a business, and claiming a listing are free. Listings are alphabetical by default; a listing’s position is not a ranking of quality.

How do I claim or add my business?

Search for your business first. Open its profile and select “Claim this business,” then sign in and submit your relationship to the business for review. If you aren’t listed, use Add a business. Ownership claims are reviewed before editing access is granted.

How do I correct or remove a listing?

Use “Report an issue” on the business profile to request a correction, removal, or image review. Approved owners can update or remove their listing through the dashboard.

What does the coverage view show?

The heat map shows the density of known listings. It does not show exact service boundaries or every installer. On-site service areas are approximate straight-line radii; confirm coverage directly with the business.
